david-- >>now my feelings are bruised & I ask you...which is more important?<< to me as someone reading your comments on an investment thread, or to PPOD as an upset customer? neither to the former, your feelings to the latter. i am sure if you call and complain they will be nice. i have never had cause to complain about the service, so i am not quite sure what they would do. honestly though, you are the first PPOD customer i have encountered who actually had a negative experience. good luck to all, trey
