My guess is that the words "take-over" cause a natural swelling to occur to avoid being gobbled up by bigger fish.

Another Great Day for FGI. My guess is that the recent news of Iraq brought more optimism as to a faster price increase for oil, giving FGI's customers more money to spend on refurbishing and constructing more deep water drilling equipment. But then, its just a guess. It could be that the market finally understands the real value of FGI and fears that its price will rise too suddently to get on board.
