When all this is fully digested taking into account Europe's deregulation we will all be very happy. I don't think the street is
anywhere close to picking up on what really happened today.

Lou, the Secured note for 16 million that was left out of the press
release and $250,000 weekly cash infusion makes this a very good deal.
Had I known this sooner today ,I would have been buying more DCTC.
