I propose that we start a new thread: WINR - Secure Banking for Online Gaming. Miller's "Emerging Internet Gaming Opportunity" is not accurate nor is the info correct. Provocateur could do much better. How 'bout it? Any comments? Let's work together and get it right so new investors can understand WINR better from the start.

While I was keeping an eye on TISS's cyberbookies page, I came upon their press release section. A few weeks ago someone raised some questions regarding exactly how many sites TISS operated. I was told over 300, but never had it verified in writing. This is likely old news to some, but it is nice to see they have it in writing. Just goes to show the potential behind WINR once they are up and running as it has been represented to me that WINR will eventually be supporting ALL of TISS's sites. It will of course take some time <G>.

T.I.S.S. announces special pricing for online casino and sportsbook packages
Special pricing in effect for new customers established before September 1, 1998

Curacao, Netherlands Antilles - June 21, 1998 --T.I.S.S. announced today special pricing for
operators of it's online casino and sportsbook packages.

Until now, an operator that took advantage of   "Package A" was required to pay 50% of the net corporate
profits to T.I.S.S.  Under the new pricing structure, an operator only pays 40% of the corporate net profit.

An operator that wants to open a turnkey casino and sportsbook in Curacao must use the most popular
package, "Package B".  The new pricing structure requires the operator 20% of the corporate net profit,
compared to 30% for the previous pricing structure.

T.I.S.S. is in the business of providing complete turnkey packages to prospective sportsbook and casino
operators.  Packages include software, computers, licensing, connectivity, toll free telephones, office
space, etc...

Turnkey packages start at $300,000 and continue upward to several million dollars, depending on which
package is needed. T.I.S.S. manages 4 office buildings in Curacao that hold over 300 online casinos and
sportsbooks. Some of the largest sportsbooks and casinos in the world are located in their modern office
complex. The project boasts fiber optic connections, armed security, on-site money transfer office, and is located 3 minutes from the beach.
Plans are under way to complete the swimming pool and bar, located in the
center of the complex.

All operations of CyberBookies and TISS are based on the Island of Curacao, which is part of the Netherlands
Antilles in the Caribbean and is approximately 32 miles off the coast of Venezuela and 52 miles East of the
Island of Aruba. Curacao is known for it's strict licensing requirements and stable banking. For more
