The way I read it current shareholders may share a intrest in UBID because MALL still owns an 80% stake which MALL will pass out to shareholders as a bonus. Dates are not provided and all circumstances are not named. Mall obtains working capitol from the spin off of UBID and shareholders keep a 70% ownership in UBID as if MALL had retained UBID instead of doing an IPO.
