Some miscellaneous ramblings...While having a scheduled date for a premier analysts visit, would it be politic for VLNC to announce prior to that visit, news of a material nature certain to drive up the price of the stock? Would it not be wise to avoid annoying these folks by sitting on news, if it is pending, until a grace period has expired post visit? Would not such news include, but not be limited to PO's and/or hiring of key personnel?

Is it not true, that large investors can, and do, put pressure on market makers to fill orders at favorable prices?

Havn't we heard unsubstantiated but believable reports of developments at crucial junctures such as COMDEX? Reports of hardware companies displaying Valence products, possible IBM exec as new CFO, hiring of new employees...Is all this smoke, or is there fire?

Fred has been convinced that a series of positive PR would be forthcoming during the past two months or so. Yet lately, he has been silent on this subject. Do any of the above correlate with the last?
