Institutions have purchased 2,410,000 shares (net +) in the last 3 months. I bet they know as much about SMTC as you or I, some know more.

I got in SMTC today. Value looks good. The sector has gained the attention of analysts. The forward PE is attractive and with all the recent positive news and upgrades, the semis are header higher.

INTC was upgraded today with a $150 price target and yesterday TER(not a pure semi) price was raised to $60(currently $44).
