The GMGC email was time stamped 3:42 if I remember right, deleted it now. EROL's explained to me that it doesn't matter which ISP you use, sometimes there will be a router problem, a hub problem, and emails will be delayed. It doesn't happen often to me, but it can be frustrating on a good stock at a bottom like DIALY was.
