Jebj, you are right about the financials & concerning the number of shares was a question I asked the Investor Relation person today and he said they have no intentions of anything that would harm the company's stock (Reverse Split). I then had mentioned there are many alternatives to reduce the amount like acquisition through paying in share of stock , payment for services in stock & a company buyback plan and he agreed and it seems that they are very aware of this. This company has great products and I'm accumulating LONG and watching for financials, they are sending me an Investor package with all the Information in it.
