I shorted today at 33 15/16 and after further DD I feel confident I made the right move. Did you check the most recent insider sales on this one? biz.yahoo.com Something is definitely up and as you say, it's just not out yet. Good news was posted on yahoo today and the stock didnt budge..only to dip at the close. Lot's of nervous HNCS shareholders out there it seems. I dont ever short stocks and this is my first one. It's an "in yo face" short. I suggest those interested in a nice short play check into HNCS. Here's a link to a short article back in October. You will see it was correct.
