RE:"BTW Brian, isn't giving someone's name out on SI a
violation of the "Terms Of Use" ?? Be careful Brian ... or ... you might
find the "Royally Mounted Police" knocking on your door. <ggg>"...

Actually using a fake name is in violation of SI guidelines in that it is knowingly giving out FALSE information. How can posting true information be against the rules? I wouldn't think for a minute that one could make crass statements on SI and hope to hide behind a fake name. Stockman did this and when some of his fellow Intel employees found out he was really Anthony Mascarenas, they pulled the plug on the boy.
On the other hand, I'd be wore worried that a couple of your SI AMD buddies might show up on your doorstep and invite you lunch for a good laugh...As far as your professional reputation, I can see why you wouldn't want them to know how you completely misjudged AMD process technology and speed grades...but hey, they probably already know you like to joke around. <GGG>
