slaffe, Do you mean to tell me that they were so swamped to ignore an order of 20 musiccards from an individual customer? I doubt it. I am a shareholder and as such I should support tsig, but at times you have to bring up their weaknesses so that they learn from it. This is not the first time I have detected arrogance from tsig people. I have soaked it to them in the past until they would listen and I will do it again, because success of tsig is entirely dependent on customer satisfaction. They can't be so busy as to pick up a phone and say mr. so and so, can we take your order. It won't take more than 5 or 10 minutes at the most. There is no execuse for such attitude in business world, plain and simple. I have a lot of money tied up in this co and I will let them have it until they damn listen to and take care of customers. Without satisfied customers, their card is worth the crap that comes out of their behind. Sorry, I am really ticked off. peace and good luck. peacelover
