I'm not sure BII should getmore into retail. Look at what Amazon is doing. The best thing is to not directly compete against them but to support and partner with them. Don't forget also that a much larger and potentially more lucrative market is the business to business transactions. Not to mention going international. I think management's pursuing the right course of action. Focus on their strengths, don't try to run after what the competition is doing.
