To All! I think the thing that gets me. Is that everytime im using SI and type in the letters HEC, it shows the 52 week high and low. My wife was doing some work next to me last night, I logged in and just as I hit enter I knew all hell was gonna break loose. She saw that 2 1/16 low to 7 3/8 52 week high and said "You didn't sell all that " Well I guess you know the rest of the story.

Regards
DJC

Just my two cents worth. A friend of my wife went to work for a bio-tech startup. She told me what a great company it was so I looked up their SEC filings. After a few hours reading I called her and told her it looked interesting, but that the venture capitalist was planning on pulling the rug and forcing a sale. She disbelieved incorrectly.

That VC was a whole lot nicer than this one. They merely inserted a clause forbidding borrowing elsewhere. My point is simply, if the lender is a friendly, then the terms will reflect that fact.

What you see is what you get. Do the Death Spiral Dance.
