As we all know there have been a number of problems in the initial workings of TSIG/CCI. Most have been worked out and the business is picking up nicely.

Peacelover, the only thing I can imagine you ran into was an uneducated employee who did not follow the procedural policies. This action would not be tolerated in my organization and I would personally appreciate the matter being brought to my attention. My feeling would be for you to contact the office of the president and lodge a complaint and request for immediate attention.

These types of problems happen in every organization and the management appreciates the matters being divulged to them. They normally will take appropriate actions.

Allow your anger to subside to a conversational level and take the actions necessary to allow the problem to be rectified at the company level. I am sure they will do everything possible to make you and your order right.

I also believe we will hear of steps being made to have TSIG being made more prepared to move into the league of the big boys and having the capabilities of handling the volume of business they are anticipating in the near future. These growing pain problems should soon become more rare as the personel expansion and education is completed.

By the way, I would be pissed too.

The quote below is not yours, but it was sent pm to me by somebody who is completely twisting my legitimate concern to meet his own agenda.

I got this idiotic response from someone who cannot apparently understand english. I got ticked off because my order was NOT processed today and not because I did not get a thank you call. Where on earth do any of my posts say I got pissed off because I was not called and thanked. My order which cannot be taken on Saturday because my order was for 20 musiccards was not taken today like I was told it would. Talk of twisting the truth. Whoever you are who wrote the pm to me, think before you open your big mouth. Read my posts again.
