Even though OTCBB stocks are not NASDAQ stocks, the OTCBB is an automated quotation system maintained by a registered securities association (NASD) and as such appears to fulfill the requirements for inclusion under subparagraph ii (IMO). The total volume from the last four weeks is 5,452,000. Dividing by four to get average weekly volume gives 1,363,000 shares Only 1% on OTC the valume dosn't apply !!!!!!!!!

Recent Form 144 filings for IBUY from Federal Filings Newswire: Marlia Goodstein: 1,200 shares 12/07/98 Idealab! 50,000 shares 12/07/98 Idealab! 12,000 shares 12/04/97 Idealab! 35,000 shares 12/07/98 Mechie Nebenzahl 13,295 shares 11/30/98 Note that Idealab (Bill Gross' Idealab!) has filed to sell 97,000 shares, an amount that exceeds 1% of IBUY outstanding shares. Since I presume they can and did get good securities law advice, it seems clear that the volume rule does apply to OTCBB stocks.

Dear ShortSeller ShortSellers: I have had fun watching your previous postings. There is no question that short sellers are a tough crew. The rumors they put out are fantastic stories. The stories scare the daylights out of the investing public. I have done extensive research of the company and the shortsellers make me second guess myself on occasion. Why do shortsellers never discuss the facts? Lets discuss the facts.
