I didn't think so. A jitney is the execution and clearing of orders by one member of a stock exchange for the account of another member.

Example: House A does not want to disclose itself as the
buyer/seller. Instead it gives his orders to House B for execution and clearing and pays a reduced percentage of the normal commission.

Don't read too much into the house positions!
