Ken With that said, it behooves DCI to release a PR which is less legalistic and talks to the potential future Revenue streams just as discussed by Joe M in the CC.. It is refreshing to hear future projections on Revenue from the CEO like you were sitting at a bar having a stout, but I keep wishing that the same message could reach a wide audience who would quickly grasp the undervalued nature of the stock. It is interesting how the many lawyers for both sides treat the Press Release. The DCI PR makes use of the word " Alliance" twice in their intro. The IXC PR avoids that word and refers to it as a "Transaction" in their intro. I can picture the various arguments. To DCI stock holders an "Alliance" sounds like a partial partnership or joined at the hip some what. It seems more than just a deal.In fact could make one think that maybe there will be a stronger "Alliance" at some future date. To IXC stock holders "Transaction" sounds like we struck a deal to get rid of an unfortunate situation with a favorable resolution. If we can move the lawyers aside and get the word out on the true future value of this arrangement, along with the stock listing, the stock price will take care of itself. Did I hear Joe M. correctly when he was asked if the Company would report a profitable quarter, this quarter? I thought I heard him say he wasn't sure, and I just thought this late in the quarter he would have a better handle on that one way or the other. With all the noise I may have missed that answer.
