Harry, Why do you say his shares are restricted? How do you know they are restricted? If they are restricted, in what way are they restricted? What does Shelby have to do to be able to sell them? How have more shares than in the IPO been sold by insiders if the restrictions are so restrictive? That's five questions, Harry. Are you smart enough to give five correct answers?
