Good point Dan. Averaging down without investment potential is unwise. BD report should help the longs that bought high make a decision to increase their holdings (average down), take a loss, or throw their certificates in a drawer and hope for the best. I hope GE releases the initial BD findings soon. They are not obligated to ever do so, nor do they ever have to report again as long as they are traded on the pink sheets. GE may never get off of the pinks, even with all financials filed, a 15C 2-11 MM application can be turned down for many reasons... Regards and good night, Colleen in Orlando.
