Thanks Rudedog. I was wondering if Dell got it as I thought I had read some time ago that NASDAQ also uses Dell servers, but I'm not sure for what functions....

John

By the way Elwood, I'm sure still here. I want to see if Victoria Gate's prediction of Dell/CPQ price parity comes true.... <ggg>

Hello:
From news wires, I think it answers your question.
"The Windows NT system will run on Unisys Corp. (NYSE:UIS - news) server computers, while Micro Modeling Associates, a technology consulting firm, will design the new regulatory oversight system.

The system is expected to be running in the year 2000. Nasdaq intends to move regulatory oversight of trading activity from a large mainframe computer running Compaq Computer Corp's (NYSE:CPQ - news) Tandem software onto a cluster of powerful PC server computers running Windows NT."
Regards,
Satish
