Now that we have spread the message to shareholders putting their share certs on "Safe Hold", we
must regain the respect of the media. With the unwarranted attack by Cramer on CNBC
Squawkbox last week, we should DEMAND that CNBC give the CEO of WAVO the opportunity
of a FAIR interview ! Please send them an E-Mail message and direct them to Mark Haines. He
was not there on Wednesday but I am sure that he heard about what happened .Use your own
words or you can use this :

We the shareholders of WavePhore, Inc. feel that the interview that was held on Wednesday,
Dec.2,1998 with the CEO of WAVO was very unfair and biased. Mr.Cramer acted in a very
unprofessional manner and was very misleading to the investing public regarding that company. We
request that in all fairness to that company and it's shareholders, CNBC will have the CEO of
WAVO back and give them the opportunity of a fair interview without the biased opinion of a
known stock trader such as J. Cramer. Thank You.
