Jose, Ken and I were having a little fun on PANL. I understand their technology is a few years away, and they state that in today's press release. The TA however is pretty good, regardless of what Ken W. says.

Watch out Amigos. I see a small cap rally coming.

Jose, the semis continue to be Wall Street darlings. From WSJ:
"Shares of chip giant Intel led the pack, rising 1 1/8 to 120 1/16 after Morgan Stanley Dean Witter analyst Mark Edelstone raised his price target on the stock to $150 from $130. The analyst also raised his price target on seven other chip stocks, saying the industry is beginning to emerge from a slump. The Philadelphia Stock Exchange semiconductor index rose 3.95 to 352.81."

Also interesting, 30-year Treasury bond dropped below 5%. Market is leaning towards another rate cut.
