Does Warren, dollar cost average? It is interesting to note that Mr. Buffett has stated that when buying stocks, hope the price pulls back by 20% so more can be bought. Will he buy more silver? It is doubtful IMO, however Bill Gates is a big Buffett fan and IMO as the Y2K expectations get closer some well heeled investors may buy.

Just think if Buffett doubled his position it would remove all reported Comex inventory and still be short by over 50 million troy ounces. What would the spot price do then? easily get back to $7 US and posibly much higher.
