Johnathan C. Doe, you are correct, however that is just a comment on a large report by Price Waterhouse. The part I thought was interesting...and contradicts Bill's forecast of several years to rollout DSL is this.... "These providers will be challenged by decreasing prices* they can charge for bandwidth and meeting increasing demand -- and they're hoping that traffic goes up faster than the prices go down."* The quicker they get it out and available...the more profit. If they wait too long...it's a case of diminishing returns.
