My son bought a joystick for under 1o there so it may be cheaper buying it there than on this site when you consider postage. I had not looked at the CD players at Best Buy. May have to do it tomorrow.

I find that shipping and sales tax usually either wash or that shipping turns out cheaper, at least for higher dollar items, so I only look at the price differences between retail and etail. At the end I always verify that I'm not getting surprised by the shipping though. I also watch the ads for "free after rebate" and "under a buck" items to stock up my spare parts bin. Sometimes CompUSA has some really good deals that way, like $45 programs "free after rebate".

Have you looked at the Onsale Onsl site? They have cpt gadgets etc. I guess I should check on that CD player there also.

While you can find some deals there you can usually do better with straight etail than ONSL. Too many idiots bid close enough to retail that it's not worth the trouble, IMHO.
