I would agree that on the face of things, the loss of a few people may not be significant. But if some people were told of or knew these facts, while others were shielded from these facts, I believe that criminal wrongdoing may be a factor. It seems that some people clearly knew more, earlier than others. It appears that some of these people may have then used the knowledge to profit from those facts. That is human nature, yes, but that also may be illegal. Bill In case you haven't figured it out, Im not a lawyer. BTW, I have already been contacted by one of the two firms who announced actions against MIFGY. Anyone else? Do we debate the merits of which firm on this thread??? Bill
