Little Engine,

I've heard of these things called "quiet periods". Until now, I just wasn't sure how "quiet periods" applied to stocks. I always thought that "quiet periods" was the moniker applied to the detention you got for talking in study hall. You learn all sorts of good information here on SI.

"quiet period"...

Put the dunce hat, go to the corner, and keep quiet....

.....while the company stock.... quietly goes lower, lower, lower..

In the old days, the belief existed that lightening came from the eyes of evil gods, in order to punish idiots....

Today, we know that lightening really is electricity... Idiots are punished by investing in bb stocks of companies who suffer of quiet periods, from time to time....

A way to keep "a minute of silence", for every lost dollar of the cretins who truly believe to be "investors"... lots of "silent minutes"

Life is definitively hard, if you are an idiot....
Throwing money away at bb stocks, is definitively idiotic...
Therefore, we can safely assume that bb stock "investors" lead "hard lives"...

...self imposed too.

oh well.....
