Well, that is true if one sets the stop near the close. If one bought at say 9 and set a sell/stop at ll, chances are that the MM would be taking out other stops before getting to the 11 stop which could set the tone that the direction is down.

If I lose out on the potential upside, so be it. I've still made money versus what I might make. I'll take the sure thing.
