Andrea,
Greetings from the US. How are things on your side of the world?! If you haven't kept up with the changes the reverse split of shares 1 share for every hundred you had before the split date means if you had 1000 shares before the split you have 10 shares now. They took 99 shares back for every one hundred you owned. The last we were told the authorized shares was 2 million and maybe 1.44 million issued, the float is anybody's guess, probably the whole 1.44 million. A company press release (now gone from yahoo) stated that TEIM's (20.5 million pre-split if I remember correctly) shares were cancelled. I have heard from other sources that no shares were cancelled and the press release was false. The press release made other promises also, like increasing shareholder value, keeping us informed, and we were encouraged to trust the management. It all sounds hilarious now!

As far as NAMX having any value at this point we don't know. Dr. Stamm's personality disorder seems to prevent him from telling the shareholders anything about the company or what they are doing. They have wells pumping gas that KNE is buying. That's all we know. We have no financial data at all on which to base a valuation of NAMX on. We have no idea of their future plans or if they even have a future. We don't know if every penny that namx is getting is going to Zurich Holding or not. And I suppose Stamm doesn't want us to know.

cya,

Bob
