Charlie, No 18 million $ Gorillas please! (GG) Let's just say that our CEO J. Murphy learned to be more careful in structuring stock deals after all of the selling pressure + shorting that came about as a result of the Card Call acquisition. (That was an 8 million share "Gorilla" GG) I assume that we will be soon seeing an 8-K filing on this latest deal that will give us more of the details. Did you also notice that there is a buyback provision built in, whereby if it is in the interest of DCI shareholders at some point to repurchase all of those shares we can do so? We know that DCI would prefer at this point to use cash instead of stock for deals, and that the company is looking into a number of options to raise that cash. One option (the best IMO) is the issuance of high yield bonds to the tune of about 100 million $. I understand that market conditions have improved on this front, making this a possibility.

Best regards,

James
