Don't know about Clo............... But here is the latest from an email conversation with the Pres. <<Greg: We signed a letter of intent with a shell today and should begin to do due diligence on it this week. We are currently waiting for an investor to make a major equity decision for several million dollars this week and if this happens the company will move significantly forward. We have been approached by three groups to license the time limited technology and should be able to reach an agreement with one or all of them during the first part of the year. As you can see, we are busy at this time and look forward to getting the product out and delivered during the first quarter. >> Happy Holidays to all Greg
