You see, in our case, we are not looking at a start up Company. They have 6 years of successful development behind them. The funding they are receiving from Starnet, is to market their products from the US. They are following the example of many Successful Israeli Companies. Checkpoint (CHKPF), Mirabilis/ICQ, etc..., that is to establish a US base from which to market the products. The R & D and the development remains in their home base, where I guess the labor would be cheaper, and the brains are "well" developed on those subjects. Believe me , we have 2 young smart guys running this Company, with a great team of developpers. I told them to Contact PNLK and Rare Media to see if PNL could use their technology to upgrade their site. I know they stated a negotiation, but I wasn't told anything more. If they could get somewhere, or if PNL,Glenn, and Rare Media use their services, do you know what that would mean???? HUGE my friend. Huge for the opening of the market in the US for their technology other than Games. Waiting on that one. Regards Malko
