Charly. I stumbled upon a company the other day that reminds me a lot of IFCI. The company's symbol is PENC. They currently halted the trading of PENC. They have recieved a few small orders. They also sold off the non profitable divisions, and they just took over a company.

Charly - I spent just a little bit of time today comparing the
fundamentals of IFCI vs MFNX ($58+). MFNX is losing $$ & has about
double the float ( now 4 times since it split 2 for 1 today ).
For example, its cash flow per share is ($0.68) vs IFCI's $0.44.
Every other comparison also makes it idiotically stupid that it has a
market cap 12x that of IFCI.
I can only think of one explanation off hand: They don't have Liviakis and we do. Whoever their "Liviakis" is has some respect &
ability to present the company's case to the investment community.
Institutions hold over 50% of their stock and it traded at $7 within
the past year. THIS IS THE TYPE OF PERFORMANCE LIVIAKIS IS PAID FOR
AND THEY SHOULD BE DUMPED IF THEY CAN'T PRODUCE!!!!!!........V

( MFNX is also in the fiber optic/telcom group )
