Hi Ausdauer - The UMC1000 can hook up to 20000 users and was designed to allow the RBOC or CLEC to easily integrate the units features (fibre, xDSL, T1, cable) at a very economical cost per end-user.

As a result, the units can be added incrementally as user demand requires. Several boxes can be added in a system over time thus allowing a steady growth in end-user options without significant initial capital outlays by the carrier.
