Good to hear you are still in good spirits, even though they may be borne of a screw top. Been tracking the next storm via satellite picts.

Seems to have broken free of its Aleutian birthing zone and is currently tracking the jet stream, which alas shows a sweeping southwesterly track skirting the coast all the way to Baja's tip. If we are very lucky the storm's inertia will carry it into northern cal maybe tonight and sweep down the valley ala the last storm.

The really great news is that out towards Japan a really intense cell appears to be forming so if this one misses hopefully that gullywasher will hit us full force by next weekend. Maybe we should offer up a few prayers to the weather gods as the ski areas are not yet over the 100 inch level. Yee hah!
