The Financial Post reports in its Tuesday edition that shares of Bid.Com
International rose 21 cents to $3.36 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on
Monday, on volume of 2.2 million shares. Reporter Garry Marr notes that the
online auctioneer's shares rose for a second straight session of gains.
Bid.Com, still trading in heavy volume compared with its activity of just a
month ago, has rise 10 per cent from Thursday's close. The stock had risen
as high as $6 on Nov. 30 but fell back over concerns that it was
overvalued.
