If you take 2.5 and below abt 975(437). This would give you a minimum 20% plus lockin plus cash to play with for 18 months. Look at Nov 2-5. The stock was arnd 12, if you would have watched trading it looked like a lot of shorting.

LGND sold 3.25 million ALRIZ which separated into 6.5 million LGNDW and 3.25 million LGND.
