. Is this a significant issue involving Mr. Kennedy or a red herring? In the "large scheme of things" I suppose all of us have a few skeletons in our "closets" we are not to proud of, but thankfully for most of us, they don't see the light of day!! It would appear to me that the obvious and quick solution is to just pay the $35,000 outlined in the Lawsuit...that being done its over!! What do you think the impact on the Rock will be? Do you suspect any other dirty dealings or is this an isolated incident? It "shouldn't" affect the shareprice, but if there are a few panic sells I would definetly do some buying. I think this would have to be considered an isolated incident. I am a "little ticked" to say the least, that if this was to be settled by Nov 1 for a lousy stinking $35K, why was it not settled, and save us the GD embarrassment!! I will ask this question this morning to Mr. Kennedy, he may however tell me its none of my business, we'll see!! Ultimately, our position on reimbursement from BC has not changed, nor has the size or prospects of the property. ? Do you see this coming or did it catch you by surprise? This was the first I heard of it! On the otherhand, perhaps this is an opporutunity. Shareholders dump shares this week driving the price down-should we scoop them up Chief? No, I don't think "we" should scoop them up, however I think "I" will!!<gggg> Everyone should do their own DD before investing!! I will keep the thread posted, on what I find out!! the Chief
