So when a stock is bettwen the first top and the second top what does it mean? Trying to see if NETA will break through the third top coming up or not. But each time I sold it went up 6 points, last sold @ 51 so it should go to 57 now.

What are your thoughts on WAXS? Do you follow it?
I say Strong Buy at 21.25, up today on big volume, after consolidating from 24-25 level, after rising from 12-13 level. Stochastics turning up and MACD is flattened and starting to rise.
You know I'm bullish.
