I would highly recommend ndb.com as I've tried the cheap online broker and was very dissatisfied. NDB let's you trade any amount of shares on a nasdaq stock, one way in the same day (multi trades) and for only one trade fee of $19.75. NYSE and AMEX stocks are $14.75 for up to 5,000 shares. They also give you checks to withdrawal you funds and they have an EZPay plan so that you can deposit money by phone and have it credited to your account the next day. Saves big bucks on overnight mail! Their website is down occasionally but when it is they allow you to use the phone broker at no extra charge. When it is down it's only for a few minutes usually.

Good luck!

Mike
