You might try this. It's a commercial product. I considered using it, decided to cut and past. You can open each browser, bring up a page, paste it to the other browser than bookmark it. Takes awhile if you have a library to transfer, but it worked for me.

Something I did a while back...

Had both NSCP and MSFT browsers. Used DOS edit to examine the bookmark files and copy the contents from one to the other maintaining the format originally used in each. If you try this, be sure to back up originals and only play with copies until you're satisfied things are working the way you want. P.W.

I logged off the net. Went to My Computer, searched and found both the bookmark files, copied the IE over the Netscape, logged back on and there they were. If you wanted to append, you might have to go to DOS, but it can be done. If there's a simpler way, I'm also curious.
