Thanks for this post, Dave. Seems that if the TD bank accepts MGR for transfer of the loan (I think that may have the name "novation" in law parlance), then for $3M of debt MGR picks up MAC's 51%. That outcome would seem to satisfy everyone. Maybe money for the TD loan payments would need an upward-moving POG? Anyway, seems promising.

Dave, I join Phil and lots of other shareholders of MGR that look
forward to your posts and replies. Everyone has to take their own
responsibility to decide from your information to sell/hold/buy for
themselves. For me, its hold, and I will now suggest to a couple
people at work that invest, of MGR as a Hot Very Speculative stock buy.

I only follow about 5 threads, all desert dirt precious metals, and
none have a poster that is the President of the company, and the ones
that short the stock and others that simply like to cause chaos have
only other shareholders to be accountable to. Easier to spread lies
than the truth, when official facts are not available.

So once again I suggest to BearCatBob, sell your kennel, get back a
fraction on the dollar, buy MGR, and in 2 or 3 months sell and get
back, after taxes, your initial investment into that kennel, and maby
enought more to buy a new car(cash), or pay off your house morgage.

The only black box or wild card or totally unknowned to me, is who is:

Trade and Development Bank

If any threader knows how to research this Mongolia Bank, please do so
and post information, good or bad. Thanks.

Doug
