Evan:

Was there any discussion of the new CEO? Also, is there going to be a press release on the proposed new business? Also, did they have any projection on 1998 assets/revenues?

My question maybe dumb but can I assume these financials will be filed with SEC and the company will become fully reporting now?

Evan:

Do you know if the financials you saw were for Largo Vista (as opposed to Ximao)? If they were for Largo Vista, I don't think the 2.5m for revenue in 1997 is bad, considering that '97 was the first year in the LPG business and there have been new pipelines this year. As just a holding company, it should not have too extreme liabilities, such as debts to service, at this point so it is conceivable that they actually had a positive eps in 1997. What do you think?
