Bald Eagle,

This is what concerns me as a shareholder. To how many potential customers are they doing this? This is what bothers me. Most often, as in my case I'd rather pay a steeper price and get a better customer service than go to a cheaper outlet and be ignored literally. I am of the opinion that they better take care of this problem soon if they want to be in this business. No cards will make up for good customer service bringing in back satisfied customers. peace and good luck.

PL, I have just e-mailed CCI through their feedback button. Let's see what happens. Actually, there is more to the story than I first wrote. Since I made my first order with CCI, my Visa was cancelled by the bank because of a "breach of security". Before, y'all get your knickers in a twist, I'm not accusing CCI or TSIG of any wrongdoing. Someone charged something on my Visa in Canada! I haven't been to Canada for 15 years. So, my problem is not that my latest order wasn't authorized, but that a promised phone call was not made. This is very bad customer relations. Admittedly, it happens with lots of companies nowadays, but a start up company can't afford that kind of thing, IMHO.
BTW, I have updated my account with my new Visa #, so they should be able to go ahead and process my order. I think that they don't have all the procedures in place yet for when something like this happens.
They should have e-mailed or called me.
Oops, I meant to address this to peacelover.
