FYI - Press release (below) issued by GIFT. Also, when I get an electronic copy of the decision I will post it. (Or perhaps Charles will post it.) Generally, Jones did not look at the merits of the arguments, but held that the legal requirements for a reconsideration were not met. GIFT's Press Release: E-data has been informed by Judge Barbara Jones of her decision to deny its Motion for Reconsideration. Grant Robertson, President stated that he had instructed Corporation's Attorneys Graham & James to commence the appeal process. Robertson also said that negotiations for the acquisition and licensing of additional patents are at an advanced stage.
