<< nothing but Detours, Road Blocks, Excuses and false promises. The Internet is a superhighway, and this 'company' is still on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere....... lost without a map....... >>

But on the other hand, Fred, what would the ultimate ZuluGroup.com look like?

I guess this is a question the Negheads don't want ya to consider.

The merger with ESVS is finalized and ZuluGroup.com thus is born. There become three business components: technology; interactive tv/video quality advertising; and ecommerce.

1) The technology component would include R&D, plus the work of Laptop Solutions.

2) EchoMEDIA's sesame-ad technology finally has an audience and a wide array of products from bluechip companies are now displayed via this advertising medium. The demographic targeting techniques of Softbank Interactive Marketing have matured and become more sophisticated, and its sales and marketing strategies reinvigorate what was once an extremely prestigious SIM client list. Big customers who got a late start into Internet advertising come on board in drooves.

3) ZuluGroup.com's ecommerce component enables every product so
targeted and advertised can easily be purchased over the Net and promptly delivered into the home. Zulu makes acquisitions, partnerships or alliances such that virtually any product--medicine, clothing, food, holiday travel plans, absolutely anything--can be delivered instantaneously and at a cheaper cost to the consumer.

I do not discount the possibility that ZuluGroup.com's business plan, especially with funding initiatives in force behind it, can become a Home Depot-like consortium of the Internet.
