Oldminer some deep thoughts,

Facts:
1. This is a company with more than $10 million in accrued losses.
YUP
2. The company has no significant mining history.
YUP
3. The company announced a projection of more than two million per month of profit and failed to produce one dollar in profit.
YUP
4. The company has made more than one unsuccessful attempt to profitably produce gold from the Cangalli Concession.
YUP
5. The company and some directors have been charged by the SEC.
YUP
6. The company issued a further News Release (May 22/98), after the first SEC charges, which incurred further charges from the SEC.
YUP
7. There are more then 130 million shares outstanding.
NOPE
8. There is no proof of "microfine" gold on the Cangalli Concession.
NOPE
9. Dr. Donald Hausen has never written that there is "microfine" gold on the Cangalli Concession.
HE HAS, BUT YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT!
10. Financials and filings continually late.
YUP
11. Lost its BB standing, trades on "pink" sheets.
YUP

Principles:
1 I am told that one million "economically" recoverable ounces is a very large deposit of placer gold.

Not very large

2 One million easily recoverable ounces has a present market value of maybe $25.00 per ounce for a total value of 25 million dollars.

Depends who you talk to and cost of extraction.

3 For every share sale there must be a person willing to buy.

Not true, brokers phantom shares all the time

4 If the people on the threads artificially raise the value of the stock and sell, and the stock subsequently goes down, then the buyer loses.
Classic Pump and Dump.

Not classic. Classic is when a Company does this and sells their stock.

Argument:
1. The majority of the people of the world trust (whether correct or not) stockbrokers and company management to protect their investment so that they do not lose their money. "Fiduciary" responsibility.

To a point, YOU are also responsible tp protect your investment.

2. Based on the above principles, the company, if it actually has one million economically recoverable ounces (and nothing is proven at this date), is worth 25 million or .192 cents per share ($25,000,000 divided by 130 million o/s shares).
???
3. Look at the threads regarding other microfine placer gold plays (Kilo Gold, now Newmex, and Naxos Resources) and see the past results. No
history of success.
4. The company has issued many questionable News Releases to promote the value of the stock and continues to maintain a web site that still has Guido's questionable reports all over it (they also have warnings to potential investors on it).

Is that not a CAVEAT John?

Conclusions:

The boosters of the company, on the threads, must have a "hidden" agenda.

Very wrong, i'll speak for myself.

People who buy MINE stock because of this thread, and lose their hard earned money, shall forever be the moral responsibility of said boosters.
This company is a Scam.

Will you claim responsibilty when the stock rises and people donot buy because of your slanted posts? Then you will be the scam.

and yes Oldminer I have linked it to Silicon Investor and that "other" Raging Bull thread.

Why are you here John, certainly you donot consider yourself a martyr,
What is your agenda? If you have sold your position why bother with this crusade of yours.
I am no more of an insider in GE than Cameron is an insider with SR.

Oldminers posts are full of wisdom and insight, yours with innuendos, slander and hate. I am told that you are doing the bidding for someone else on these threads. Is that true John?

Shallow thoughts John, shallow thoughts
