Mike - can understand your sentiment and that of investors who wish to apportion blame for their loss.

I find it very difficult to see who really gains here - other that the lawyers of course.

On a practical level - how much is this going to cost MIFGY?? Legal fees, exec. time and consequential loss of competitive advantage.

What level of provisions would you expect them to be making??
