<< Why is Chilbert still here?>>

I wish I could answer that - I guess it's just not worth getting out. Although I still have all my shares in Netz, Zulu, and ESVS, I consider it dead money.

The only satisfaction I get is in hoping that the insiders who probably had more to gain, will in fact have more to lose. I'll leave money on the table and gamble that I don't crap out. It is nothing more than that - a gamble.

How much did this move to the Pink Sheets cost us anyway ?

I think you'll see some remain as long as there are individuals who remain intent on portraying an an unreasonably positive image of the company all the while trying to explain away any negative information, likely with the hope of convincing others to buy into the stock so they can recover their own investment.

I believe on other threads they term it a "pump and dump".

And how many from your list are really all the same person?

Partytime,

I'm a guy who base my decisions on concrete information. What I have seen in the filings thus far tells me that these companies are having difficult times and I'm hopeful that they can overcome them. The filings have shown me that ESVS and ZULU were truly debt ridden from 1996 to 1997. This in fact had nothing to do with current management's doing.

Within the the last eight months management has trimmed the fat of both companies from about a 22 mil loss in 1996-1997 to a 8 mil loss within 8 months in 1998. This leads me to believe that something is being done right and it's just going to take more time, support and lots of financial backing to move this company forward.

I believe the Internet Industry is still in it's infant stages and there is still time for ZULU to make money and be competitive if they can ever get there act together.

Another reason I'm still here is because I have a gut feeling that if ESVS/ZULU aren't able to get back on the NASDAQ or AMEX they will then become a takeover target for some other company looking to get in the Internet business or a co. who's looking to enhance current business.
